Guest house on Tavricheskaya 1st century. Guest house "On Tavricheskaya" Adler. All offers of the Imereti resort

Elite residential complex "House near the Tauride Garden" located in the Central district of St. Petersburg at the address: Zakharyevskaya st., 41 / st. Potemkinskaya, 3. The developer is positioning the residential complex as “antique”. The fact is that we are talking about a complete reconstruction of a historical building, built in 1907 according to the design of the architect Wilhelm Van Der Gucht. The owner of the house at that time was Karl Schreber, who planned to use the building as an apartment building.

The facades and interiors of the house were made in the eclectic style with elements of classicism, modernism, etc. The facade is decorated with decorative elements - vases, garlands of flowers, atlases, caryatids, graces. The window openings on the stairs were decorated with stained glass.

In Soviet times, apartments in the building were communal. In 1993, the St. Petersburg Real Estate Agency (project developer and builder) began relocating the house. This process turned out to be lengthy. The crisis left its mark on the pace of work. The previously planned completion date for the house - 2010 - was shifted to the second half of 2012. Today, the reconstruction of the house is safely coming to an end and there is hope that in 2012 it will be fully put into operation.

According to the general concept of reconstruction, a house implies a combination of residential and non-residential premises. In addition to housing, the complex will include many of the attributes of an elite home. On the ground floor of the house there will be a restaurant, an art gallery, living rooms and billiard rooms with a bar, a fitness club with a gym, massage rooms and a solarium. The courtyard area will be landscaped. A swimming pool will appear in the covered courtyard space. It is planned to equip an underground parking for 40 cars. Special service teams will keep order in the house. The house will have its own boiler room, silent elevators, and double-glazed windows in oak frames. All lost historical decorative elements have already been restored. The front lobby with a fireplace on the Potemkinskaya Street side has been restored. The attic apartments, which overlook the courtyard, have terraces and winter gardens.

In total, the building will have 19 luxury apartments with a total area of 6,709.3 sq. m. m. All apartments have been returned to the historical layouts that existed before the revolution and before the apartments were turned into communal apartments. The apartments offered in the house have an area of 330 to 350 sq. m. m, each apartment has from five to eight rooms. All apartments have spacious (up to 80 sq. m.) halls. The height of the ceilings on different floors is from 4 to 4.5 m. From the windows of the house there is a beautiful view of the garden and the pedestrian zone of Zakharyevskaya Street. From the windows of the attic floor you can admire the panorama of the Neva and the historical center of the city.

Very close to the residential complex (800 m) there is the Chernyshevskaya metro station. Nearby is Kirochnaya Street, along which you can get to Suvorovsky and Liteiny Avenues. The Robespierre embankment is 250 meters away. Vosstaniya Square (Nevsky Prospekt, Moskovsky Station) is less than two kilometers away. The area has excellent transport links, with plenty of public transport. The situation during rush hours is complicated by traffic jams on all major highways located in the neighborhood.

The residential complex is located in an area with well-developed social, residential and commercial infrastructure.

The ecological situation in the residential complex area is normal. There is no heavy traffic near the house. Across the road is the Tauride Garden, a favorite walking place for many St. Petersburg residents.

The price for apartments in an elite building at 43 Zakharyevskaya Street varies from 12 to 15 thousand. per sq. meter. According to the developer, a “waiting list” has been formed, according to which there are already applicants for all apartments.

There are several more interesting historical facts related to the house near the Tauride Garden. Firstly, as historical sources testify, Schreiber’s apartment building was built on the site of the famous St. Petersburg meeting house described by Kuprin, Blok and other writers.

In the post-war period, this house was noted in cinema. The films “Winter Cherry” and the American version of “Eugene Onegin” were filmed in its ceremonial enfilades.

Recently, an exhibition dedicated to the tower of Vyacheslav Ivanov opened at the Alexander Blok Museum. This place is iconic for St. Petersburg.

AND It was here, under the roof of the house at 35 Tavricheskaya Street, that Blok read “The Stranger” for the first time, and young Akhmatova read her first poems... Activists have long been talking about creating a Silver Age museum in this apartment. But for now, the upper floors of the tower have been standing in rotting wooden scaffolding for many years. And in the place where symbolist poets gathered, it’s time to open a completely different museum - the dashing times of “gangster Petersburg”.

The apartment building on Tavricheskaya Street, 35, became a cult place a hundred years ago - in 1905, when the poet and famous expert on antiquity and the Ancient World Vyacheslav Ivanov and his wife Lydia Zinovieva-Annibal moved into the apartment under the very roof.

The literary salon on the Vyacheslav Ivanov tower existed for only a few years - then in 1907 Lydia Zinovieva-Annibal fell ill and quickly died, and the famous “Ivanov” environments ceased. But during its short heyday, all the “stars” of the Silver Age visited the tower - except for Alexander Blok and Anna Akhmatova with Nikolai Gumilyov, Osip Mandelstam, Velimir Khlebnikov, Dmitry Merezhkovsky, Zinaida Gippius, Valery Bryusov, Maximilian Voloshin liked to come here. They usually showed up around 11 pm and stayed until the morning. They were accompanied by the sleepy footman Pavel, who lived on the first floor. There is a legend that it was here that a new style of poetry was invented - Acmeism.

Instead of a footman - bars and "brothers"

After the revolution, almost no one was left from the “circle” of poets - Vyacheslav Ivanov himself emigrated, like many other poets of the Silver Age, some died, others adapted to the new Soviet government. The tower in Ivan Dernov’s house stood abandoned, then it was divided into several communal apartments. The first floors of the apartment building were more fortunate - at one time there was an art school there, thanks to which unique stained glass windows, statues, bas-reliefs, fireplaces and a marble staircase were preserved.

At the beginning of perestroika, in the wake of awakened love for the “forgotten” period of Russian poetry, historians began to talk about restoring the Vyacheslav Ivanov tower and creating a Silver Age museum there.

“At this time, Vyacheslav Ivanov’s son Dmitry came to St. Petersburg for the first time from France,” says Irina Burlakova. “All his childhood he heard stories from his father about an amazing tower where famous Russian poets gathered. All his life he dreamed of looking at this cult place, but when he climbed to the 6th floor, he was very upset - in the famous tower, where Blok read his poems, linens and clothes were drying on lines.

And in the early 90s, all the upper floors of the tower were bought by a well-known authority, the leader of the “Tambovites” Vladimir Barsukov-Kumarin. The press nicknamed him the “night governor” of St. Petersburg. Since then, entry to Ivanov's Tower was prohibited for mere mortals - the entrance was blocked with iron bars, guards were stationed, and the entrance and exit from the front door were additionally guarded by impressive-looking people.

According to neighbors, in those years the Ivanov Tower experienced its rebirth. True, far from poetry and symbolism. The authoritative owner illuminated the tower, so that on dark nights it could be seen from all the surrounding streets, and in the apartment itself, according to rumors, he created a real “Hermitage” with antique furniture, a marble bathroom and paintings in gold frames. The tradition of meetings on “Wednesdays” was resumed, only now it was not writers who met in the attic.

“They said that they even killed someone there,” said Konstantin Semin, a resident of one of the neighboring houses. In those years, his daughter went to a kindergarten located in the Ivanova-Kumarina entrance on the first and second floors. “We all knew who lived in this front door, so we tried to fly past the guards without attracting their attention.

“Once, out of naivety, I turned to the young people guarding the entrance to my owner’s apartment,” recalls Irina Burlakova. — I asked permission to take my tourists to the 6th floor so that we could read Blok’s poems there. The “brothers” looked at each other, politely enough took me by the shoulder and, without further ado, led me out into the street.

The owner of the tower had big plans - he wanted to recreate the facade of the building, even erecting wooden scaffolding over the apartment. But the work stalled in September 2007, when, as a result of a special operation by the Moscow police, Vladimir Barsukov-Kumarin was detained and taken to Moscow. He has already been sentenced to 15 years for extortion and 11 and a half for raiding. Forests have surrounded the Ivanov-Kumarin tower for eight years now: they are in a deplorable state, rotting and threatening to fall on the heads of passers-by, including children who go to kindergarten.

The manager of the house on Tavricheskaya, 35, throws up his hands:

“We often receive complaints,” says building manager Denis Golubev. — The boards have not yet completely rotted, I periodically send a steeplejack to check their condition. The owner of the apartment installed them and has no plans to remove them. I have a court order to dismantle these scaffoldings, but so far nothing is going on...

Oddly enough, fans of the Silver Age today are eagerly awaiting the release of Coumarin.

“It would be great if he repented and donated the apartment to the city.” Then it will finally be possible to make a museum in the Vyacheslav Ivanov tower, they dream.

It is not known exactly whether anyone now lives in the tower of Vyacheslav Ivanov, or whether it stands empty. There is information that neither the daughter of Vladimir Barsukov-Kumarin nor his ex-wife appear in the apartment on Tavricheskaya. The life of 30-year-old daughter Maria can generally be tracked on social networks - the girl openly talks about her “dolce vita”: here they give her a huge bouquet of roses for Valentine’s Day, here she is in Saint-Tropez riding a boat or driving in her Rang Rover with a white leather interior, saying: “Choose the color of the interior to match the color of your teeth.” On her father’s birthday, February 15, Masha posted a selfie with the caption: “Today is a very important day. It’s a pity that not everyone remembers this, who should...”

Maria studied at the paid department of the Faculty of Law of St. Petersburg State University, and now works in a consignment store selling branded clothing. Her mother, the ex-wife of Vladimir Barsukov, lives in Paris.

According to some reports, the apartment on Tavricheskaya no longer belongs to Kumarin - at the end of 2013 it was arrested. At that time, its value was estimated at approximately $5 million. V.
